Pikachu

Before appearing in EX Holon Phantoms, Pikachu Gold Star was included with every Japanese Gift Box Mew • Lucario, together with Mewtwo Gold Star. That gives the card two different collecting histories: a fixed inclusion in a Japanese boxed product and a booster-pack discovery in English.
