Raikou

Raikou’s Gold Star originated in Japan’s Golden Sky, Silvery Ocean before reaching English collectors in EX Unseen Forces in 2005. Masakazu Fukuda illustrated its Shiny form as part of a matching trio with Entei and Suicune, keeping the three roaming Legendary Pokémon together in both releases.
