Torchic

The English Gold Star era began with Hoenn’s three starter Pokémon, placing Torchic alongside Mudkip and Treecko in EX Team Rocket Returns. Illustrated by Masakazu Fukuda, this Shiny Torchic also appeared in Japan’s Rocket Gang Strikes Back, linking it to the earliest period of Gold Star releases in both languages.
