Glaceon V

Narumi Sato’s Glaceon V rests on a frozen bench, its head on its paws and its attention drawn to nearby flowers. To create the scene, Sato imagined an entire day in Glaceon’s life—from breakfast to bedtime—then selected one quiet moment to illustrate. Her transparent watercolor technique gives this alternate artwork its soft, gentle atmosphere.
