Philosopher's Stone

This sample printing places Philosopher’s Stone in Sorcery’s development period before Alpha, when early cards were used for playtesting and shared with backers and creators. It preserves an early version of the card that collectors would group with the four Cores and four Mixes as the “Alchemy Nine,” connecting that collecting tradition to the game’s beginnings.
