Alakazam

Masakazu Fukuda depicts Alakazam in its Shiny coloration for this Gold Star card, which enters play as a Basic Pokémon without evolving through Abra and Kadabra. Its Skill Copy attack offers another unusual twist: Alakazam can discard a Pokémon from your hand and borrow one of its attacks, provided it meets the attack’s Energy and other requirements. Choosing it also uses your deck’s entire Gold Star allowance—only one Pokémon ☆ card was permitted per deck.
