Jolteon

Jolteon’s Japanese history includes a PLAY promotional release awarded to Pokémon Players Club members who accumulated 20,000 EXP points. It later reached English collectors in EX Power Keepers, the final main expansion of the EX Series, alongside Gold Star Flareon and Vaporeon.
